CEO
Ben has over 30 years of investment real estate experience. At an early age Ben got his start as a proprietor and manager of a family owned commercial and industrial construction company. Ben has developed and invested in raw land, residential income producing properties, climate controlled and non-climate controlled storage facilities, commercial and medical office buildings, and university student housing. In addition, he leases and manages properties and has experience in 1031 exchanges. Harris’s extensive experience in buying and selling business, developing raw land, building, and renovating commercial buildings fostered the natural transition to broker commercial real-estate. After several successful years of brokerage, Ben opened his own brokerage company. Ben’s current brokerage practice is focused on advising and representing investors, users, sellers, tenants, and landlords with their commercial real estate needs. Ben has demonstrated the skill of developing, managing, and brokering the sale of multi-million dollar commercial, investment, and industrial properties. He has combined extensive sales and business development expertise with a background in hands-on construction project management and a record of entrepreneurial success driving the exponential revenue growth of a highly visible real estate company. Ben’s professional affiliations include the New River Valley Association of REALTORS, the Virginia and Georgia Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. He is also a member of the National Self Storage Association. Ben is the past chair of Radford University Advisory Council to the College of Business and Economics and a current member of the Advisory Committee. Ben received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Radford University in 1980, his MBA from Wake Forest University in 1999 and earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2010. A CCIM is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.  Ben is Licensed in Georgia and Virginia.
