During our initial discussions with the buyers, we will focus on understanding the buyers unique requirements and how their goals fit into the overall business plan. From this initial discussion, we will prepare a written description of the buyer’s needs.
We will research the market to identify the properties meeting their needs and work with the buyer to develop a short list. Once a selected property is chosen, we will work with the buyer, seller, or seller’s broker in preparing a purchase offer or a Letter of Intent. Finally, we will work diligently with the buyer during the contract negotiations and closing to ensure that the buyer is fully satisfied.
